Jetzt RegistrierenThe Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents over 11,000 physicians worldwide. Our main mission is to provide education and training to our members to enhance patient care and to constantly improve the medical discipline of interventional radiology. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Board Relations and Association Management Department. The Department works directly with CIRSE's CEO, our two leadership bodies (Executive Board and Executive Committee) and our international partners and covers a broad spectrum of exciting topics, ranging from association management and next generation engagement initiatives to European Commission-funded projects and global outreach activities. The new team member will support the management of our European Commission-funded projects as well as a capacity-building programme we are currently launching in Africa
Junior Project Manager (Board Relations and Association Management)

Aufgaben
- Supporting CIRSE's participation in EU-funded projects by developing tasks such as communication activities and training frameworks, participating in meetings, and supporting regular financial reporting.
- Contributing to CIRSE's advocacy work through the support of meetings and events as well as regular reporting on EU policy developments in the healthcare sector.
- Supporting to the implementation of the “Access to Care” Africa programme, managing day-to-day communication with stakeholders in English and French language, supporting meetings and concrete implementation tasks.
- Organising meetings, drafting minutes and completing timely follow-up activities.
- Preparing materials such as presentations and briefing notes, timelines, project outlines and reports.
- Providing on-site support and real-time coordination during meetings and events at CIRSE's congresses.
- Managing society correspondence and assisting with administrative tasks and coordination as needed.
You will work in close co-operation with the Society leadership and your team colleagues, reporting directly to your head of department.
Qualifikationen
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
- Native (or near-native) English speaker and working knowledge of French
- University degree in social sciences, politics or international development, or related fields
- Experience in managing EU-funded projects and familiarity with the politics and structure of the European Union
- Previous experience in capacity building or development support projects will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet timelines and manage parallel working streams
- Interest in medicine and related political/business development fields
- Competence in Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly adapt to new topics and challenges
