For our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, we are looking for a dedicated Trainee HR Systems (f/m/d).

As a Trainee HR Systems (f/m/d) you will work in a key department of HeidelbergCement. The selection and development of our employees is particularly close to our hearts, because it is our employees who make sure that we not only remain one of the world's largest building materials companies but also lead the way to carbon neutrality in our industry.
During your 18-months as a Trainee, you will be assigned to a Global project: Digital Transformation of our HR Processes and support colleagues in the daily business and project work.
Aufgaben Our Trainee Program
  • Individually adjusted program with focus on HR Operations, Process Design and Project Management
  • Comprehensive on-the-job training and continuous training offers adjusted to your individual needs
  • Introduction to our products and manufacturing methods as well as other departments like purchasing, sales, and finance
  • What´s next? We intend to offer an unlimited contract after successful completion of the program. Additionally, you will participate in our Development Program GROW.
Your main tasks
  • Support the global implementation of a cloud-based HR system (Workday)
  • Support the Global Product Owner HR 4.0 and the Project Management Office operationally
  • Help to coordinate the global HR community on process design
  • Help to act as an interface between Workstream Leads, IT and Area Liaisons, etc.
  • Overall: Use your outside-in perspective: Generate innovative ideas to continuously improve our HR processes and implement those improvements into the daily work through change management

  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • First HR experience from internships or working student positions
  • International experiences e.g. from studies abroad will be highly appreciated
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven working style
  • Excellent English and German language skills, additional language skills are a plus
